Privacy Policy
How Swapix AI handles the data of the users of the website and of the Telegram bots of the platform.
General
This policy explains what data the Swapix AI platform — the swapixai.pro website and the Telegram bots running on the platform (the "Service") — receives and how we use it. By using the Service you accept this policy and the Terms of Service.
What data we receive
- Telegram account data: ID, username and language;
- the photos, videos and texts you send for processing, and the results;
- information about your balance, purchases and processing;
- for bot owners: email address, sign-in details and payout details;
- technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the referring source.
We do not receive bank card details: payments are handled by payment services.
Why we use it
- to process your requests and show the result;
- to accept payments and credit charges and payouts;
- to answer support requests;
- to check that the rules are followed, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
- to improve the Service and keep visit statistics.
Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. To run the Service, data is shared only as far as needed: with AI image processing services, payment services, Telegram and the hosting provider. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Storage and protection
Data is kept while it is needed to run the Service or while the law requires it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and for visit statistics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but then signing in to the dashboard may not work.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and stop using the Service at any time. To do so, write to support.
Age
The Service is not intended for people under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
Contact us
