Terms of use of the swapixai.pro website and of the Telegram bots created on the Swapix AI platform.
General
These terms govern the use of the Swapix AI platform: the swapixai.pro website and the Telegram bots running on the platform (the "Service").
By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
What the Service does
Swapix AI is a platform of AI bots for photo and video in Telegram. Bot users send their own materials and receive a result processed by a neural network. Owners create their own bots on the platform through the dashboard on the website.
Results are generated automatically and may differ from what you expect. The Service is provided "as is", and its features may change.
Rules of use
You must not:
- upload materials you have no right to use, including photos of other people without their consent;
- upload images of minors;
- create or share illegal, offensive or misleading content, or present results as real photos or videos;
- use the Service for fraud, spam or violating the rights of others;
- try to disrupt the Service or bypass its limits.
If the rules are broken, we may restrict access to the Service or switch off a bot without prior notice.
Bot owners
An owner is responsible for their bot — its settings, design and promotion — and for keeping their dashboard sign-in details safe. The terms of the partner program and payouts are shown in the dashboard.
Payment
Processing is paid for with charges ⚡, the internal unit of the Service. Charges are bought with the payment methods available in the bot; payments are handled by third-party payment services. Charges are not money and cannot be exchanged for money. If processing fails because of an error of the Service, the charges return to the balance.
Rights to materials
You keep the rights to the materials you upload. By uploading them, you allow the Service to process them to fulfil your request. The Swapix AI name, design and software belong to the platform.
Liability
You are responsible for the materials you upload and for how you use the results. The Service is not responsible for content created by users or for interruptions caused by third-party services, including Telegram and payment systems.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; by continuing to use the Service you accept the changes.
